Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges will not appear on your Internet Invoice. The Internet Invoice is for order processing only. Actual shipping charges will be included in your standard invoice, based on the weight and location of shipment.
We do not ship to territories outside of the United States.
There are additional fees for oversize shipments as well as shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please inquire for charges prior to placing your order to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-345-2697 during store hours.
All information relating to additional Shipping Charges must be provided in an email for hard copy purposes.
Phone information is not accepted.
The unique nature of our system limits the likelihood that your desired products will be back ordered. Shipments normally occur within 24 hours of receipt of order. You will be notified by email if your order can not ship within one week.
Returning Merchandise (see Returns)
When you receive your order, Obsidian Archery, Inc. contact information will be included with the paperwork. Please keep this information should you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Read the return instructions thoroughly for faster processing. Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order.
Your order must be returned to Obsidian Archery, Inc. to receive full product credit (unless defective, see Defective Returns below and the Returns link). Your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact us if you need assistance with a return.
Merchandise will be accepted for return by notifing us within 10 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be received within 20 days. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original sealed packaging.
Defective Returns (see Returns)
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please return defective merchandise directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. The original manufacturer has the only authority to repair defective merchandise. Contact us if you need help with a defective return.
Damaged Returns (see Returns)
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you find shipping damage after you have already accepted delivery, please call Obsidian Archery, Inc. immediately. The contact information for Obsidian Archery, Inc. will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork. Do not throw anything away. If you attempt to return the merchandise prior to receiving a return authorization, you will jeopardize chances of making a claim and may not receive credit for the return. All notifications of damaged goods must be received within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
The pricing in our virtual catalog is for internet orders only. Products may be shipped from our warehouse and/or drop shipped directly from our suppliers.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
